I'm currently a Senior BI Engineer working for a company in Idaho. I will be getting offers from 2 companies one is from kpmg and another from Tyson foods. Current tc is 135k. Tyson is offering lead position and kpmg is offering Sr.advisor with its tech consulting division. How much tc should i ask kpmg and tyson. Does tyson offer stocks for lead roles? Kpmg is offering remote vs tyson hybrid. Current company is laid back, how is wlb in tyson and kpmg Current tc = 135k in idaho. KPMG isn’t laid back if you’re in consulting. I do think it carries a bit more prestige if you care about that. Would you sit in Lighthouse?

KPMG should give the most innovation then. Also, more opportunity in case you don’t like a team switch
