Best places to live in Orange County, CA?
SoCal folks, what are the best cities in the OC for buying a place right now? Any areas with new(ish) constructions for decent prices? Preferably near tech area of OC (like Irvine), but am willing to commute. Also interested in hearing about good areas to rent down there as well. Single, Male, 20s TCYOE: 160k, 3yrs

I would not buy right now, its the top of the market. Rent for a year, see how you like it. Costa Mesa is fun and foodie, Irvine is nice a bit boring, Lake Forest, Tustin. From further away my fav is Huntington Beach
