Best position to apply to maximize TC

I am a level 67 group engineering manager with 15 years of experience all at Microsoft. Yes joined the company straight from college. Manage a group of 50 engineers. On track to make partner next year. I want to optimize for higher TC in the short term and long term. I am fairly technical and have built few start-ups and sold one before. What would be recommended level and company to move to in Seattle?

How can you stay at one company that you joined right out of college for 15 years? Aren’t you curious what people do outside of your bubble

A little confusing, but if I understand correctly op was busting founding and selling startups while working for Microsoft. More than most here will ever do

Moved around in the company a lot - once every 3 years. Developed some of the most scalable and popular services in the company. Think Azure active directory, Bing ads, Collab services etc. Also founded 3 startups and exited one. Waited 12 years for green card. Then kid happened.

FB D1 >> all other options TC wise. From 67 is a bit of a stretch though.
