For it to scale it’s never about the backend or frontend programming language. Does the architecture scale? The database? The messaging queues? …
This^ Language plays a role in dev productivity, ease of codebase maintenance, debugging, available support for libraries and constructs (multithread support for example). But it has a minor role when it comes to the performance scale or availability of the system. Eg. garbage collector performance, runtime complexity (python bad), etc.
Spark, flask, and anything with blockchain. Highly scalable
