Actually job qualifications are almost irrelevant. You need to lc well. But to have a chance to show lc skills... you need project work that indicates your lifestyle outside of work. Such as volunteering for Transgender group. Actually lgbtq in general are safe bets. Maybe setup a website for that community. Something that you can legitimately put on your resume. If you are a guy, tell them you identify as a woman. That is literally pure gold.
