Best way to apply to FAANG & likes?
What is the most effective way, if you don’t have referrals: 1. Company Job portal 2. LinkedIn (which sometimes fwds to company portal) 3. Direct message recruiters on LinkedIn 4. Any other?
Strut into the office wearing fake Halloween fangs and yell “I EMBODY THE INDUSTRY” and then eat a snack with the fangs still in and leave

Open “privately looking for a job” on LinkedIn, sit and watch FAANG & the like recruiters throwing emails at you. Guaranteed a phone interview via this way.

Careers website worked for me for google and amazon
Company job portals and career fairs work for me. But remember if your resume sucks, you apply to roles that don't match your experience or your linked in page is empty or written like a 8 year old, it will take more than a referral to get their attention. You need the whole package.
