Best discount... I purchase mine via Amazon, at an already discounted price, from a seller that charged no tax or shipping cost; I paid using the Chase Amazon card with 3% cash back, and upon checkout I chose to receive the product on a flexible schedule, which also gave me some cash back on Amazon. In addition, i bought it using Amazon Smile so my favorite charity also got its money... it was great.
For Dell, I've found the best way is to check out Dell outlet online. Refurbished ones with manufacturer warranty. Most times they're almost brand new. Most times you have 15-20% discount coupons. Plus, if you go to order in their online chat, they'll give 5% additional discount or something.

Not sure but at least wait for the devices event happening on Oct 2nd. They may have offers once new devices come out.
