So a recruiter reached out to me based on my application on LinkedIn for a cloud engineer remote role. Recruiter was using a Gmail email address and she asked me to fill a word document for the interview. Which I found suspicious but I did it anyway.. What a waste of 2 hours time. Questions were like udp, tcp and basic questions around cloud technologies. When I submitted my response recruiter said they will get back to me in few hours that was a surprise so I searched online and found Kaiser Permanente recruiter's scam. In the end they sent me a offer letter and whole list of mini office setup details. Obviously I didn't respond afterwards and probably will report them. Email used : talentacquisition@jobs-kaiserpermanente.org dwelsch.hrbp@gmail.com# Official scam : https://www.kaiserpermanentejobs.org/recruitment-fraud/ #tech #kaiserpermanente
Thanks for sharing. Great informative post!
Did they ask for any payments. I am understanding what's their motive. Is it your personal details? Did they collect any?
I came to know this is scam so I stopped responding afterwards. But yes they asked me personal details, driving license copy, ssn copy etc. And they mentioned once I provide them these info they will send me a check to setup a mini office. You would be surprised to see that office details..lol sharing here for just some laughs
