First it needs to be as cheap as normal meat. Then it needs the protein/taste of normal meat. Then it will have mass adoption.
How close is it to those things?

If they make good tasting "meat" with as much protein as chicken and as cheap as chicken then I will become a customer. Until then I stay with chicken and I guess it is the same for the vast majority of meat eaters
