Toxic rental firm GreyStar or joint lawsuit if you rent
Be careful with any apartments associated with a company called GreyStar!!! They controlled majority of rental properties in San Francisco Bay areas and They have a powerful law teams and they don’t care tenants unless you die. If you suffered any rental issues with your landlord and wanna file a joint lawsuit together against GreyStar , DM me! Justice should be served . They should rename themselves as ShadyStar!!

They are the worst
New to GreyStar but I’ve been telling people this about UDR. UDR is genuinely the worst rental company in the country, up to their leadership team they are made up of people that are terrible. They will jack your rent up 70-80% YoY at a minimum
