Big 4 Auditors

hey fellow finance/acctg friends. ive used deloitte and PwC in my past co but not sure what the pros/cons are. cost structure is nearly identical for startups where they charge $75k-$150k range. anyone have preferences? or is the big 4 overrated and should i think outside ( grant thornton, rsm, bdo) ? #corpfinance #finance #accounting
