Hey, could those working at EY, KPMG, PWC, & DELOITTE please share your interview process timeline? I’m particularly interested in how long it took to hear back after referral. #referral #timeline #kpmg #ey #pwc #deloitte
If prestige doesn’t matter to you, and TC does, go join a smaller boutique shop
Why do people still want to work at any of the big4. You are literally getting shit projects, toxic managers, and you gotta kiss ass so hard to have any upward mobility
Took about a month and a half from initial screening to Partner round to offer at PwC
Depends on the service line and practice as far as work hours, interest of projects, and overall atmosphere. Speaking from an EY perspective it will likely be 4-5 interviews ranging in time from 6-8 weeks. This is an estimate and may be shorter or longer based on seniority your coming in at and if skill sets align with pipeline engagements
Don’t go there!
We've had so many people come from PWC, Delloite, and McKinsey because the stress was insane and the TC was not worth it. Not saying BAH has amazing TC, but the work life balance is pretty great for a consulting firm. But ya, big 4 aren't worth it OP.
I had an interview for EY. It was total of 3 actual interviews within 3 days and got the offer in 4 days
While it is a great place to start your career and get brand recognition, having worked for them for a number of years, there are other consulting firms where you would get exposure to a wider array of projects as opposed to be siloed.

Why is our country owned by Israel? I don't want my tax dollars fund genocide. How can we stop this nonsense?
Run away in opposite direction, unless you want to stay poor. Big4 = Small TC
Tc is 🥜^🥜 tbh.
hallelujah!!!
