other than enthusiasts, folks who just use whatever is default on device or may be some policy restrictions to using Google who really "wants" to use it and why?
I was forced to use bing a lot of times when I do search in windows intending to look for something and it end up being an useless bing search.
For the bing rewards which can be converted to amazon gift cards.
I like Bing rewards. Usually gives me enough points to buy a new xbox game every couple months. Most of the time the results I get are good enough to return what i need. In the rare cases where it doesn't, I switch to something else or just rewrite my query.

I used to buy Skype vouchers with Bing points so I can call international for free. But now I have too much on my Skype account so started to convert those to Amazon cards. What's in Google that Bing can't do BTW?

For MS employees Bing brings up internal resources and items shared in the organization. So that can be handy. For regular users, I've heard praise for Bing's video search.
