BizOps (Business operations) compensation
Hi guys, I'm about to start interviewing for Bizops roles in the Bay area and I wanted to get a sense of what total post-MBA compensation is like for these roles. Can you share your comp details in the following format? Years of (consulting/strategy/bizops) experience/base salary/sign-on RSUs/year-end cash bonus

Biz ops is a wide range: you can take a junior person fresh out of college as an analyst or a more senior person driving strategy. The pay scale is very wide. It is a 6 figure job, but range is huge.
