Congrats,your base salary is best at this moment , $45k bonus probably the higher limit ,it will be changing based on lot of factors.
Thank you for this info parattai. They said that it would be very unlikely I didn’t get this bonus or more. Do you feel this is not the case? And they’ll try to lower it?
