BlackRock Offer Letter / Confirmation Delay
Had cleared the entire interview process for BlackRock Backend Engineering Position(Analyst) (4 rounds). I had received a confirmation call from the HR. I have also filled the initial Blackrock details forms and shared the required documents as well. But, I have not received an offer / a confirmation from the Blackrock team as of now. Even HR is not picking up the calls and replying on any mails. What should i do in this situation? I am stuck for the last 15 days, Any feedback is highly appreciated. #blackrock #hiring #help #swe #offer
It's a blind norm to mention your current tc at your current company!

You probably might be ghosted in this case .. since there are hiring freezes all around that is also a possibility.. if you still want to reach them .. you can try reaching the hiring manger
