Firmwide. And yes. Mostly VP and up. Lots of headcounts either cut or froze
Bonuses generally down 50% no pay rises even for staff being promoted. All affected individuals that are being laid off have been contacted.
Are you sure about this? I thought people got raises from 3-7%
It's too complex to generalise but the overall situation is major bonus reduction and flat basic. There is some balancing taking place some people got pay rise and greeter bonus reduction some others got no pay rise and no bonus etc. General sentiment is major bonus reduction and flatlined base. Also currently 3% rise it's not really a rise 😂😂😂
