Blackstone Comp Day

Yesterday was Blackstone comp day. I am interested to know how was the base/bonus increments this year in tech (under the new leadership) BXTI ? In my experience the yoy increments were not like how it used to be in the previous years , in spite of the fact that the firm had another amazing year of performance.
