Blend Front end Engineer Senior comp bands for full remote
Recruiter said it’s between 350k-500k and can choose spread between cash and “stock options” Would be coming in I imagine as whatever a Facebook E5 equivalent is. Is towards 500k more for Staff level engineers or normal Seniors? I live in a LCOL area if that makes a difference

Why are you leaving FB and joining Blend? Have you seen our stock and revenue growth? The recruiter won't give you a 4 year package. Only 1 year after that they will low ball you
