Hi all, I’m past the interview stage and currently in team matching stage at Blend. The recruiter mentioned that they have a Netflix like compensation model where one can choose %of cash/stock offer. However they don’t offer annual bonuses or signing bonuses. How much of that is true? Would it be possible to ask for signing bonus? Tc: 250k, 6YOE NEW TC: 400k, can choose cash-stock ratio.

Stock is tanking like there is no bottom. I have an upcoming interview. I would certainly select cash. Did you get lc hard?

I took 90% cash and a flyer on 10% of my income, it has a 10 year expiration even if you leave the company so could be worth something by then. They don't do signing bonus on this TDP comp, I tried.
