If its anonymized it's safe for now but holy shit is this a step in the wrong direction. I guess we were all scared of the day companies start paying blind enough money to spill the beans.

I don’t see anything wrong with this. Companies can already go on here and look at posts directly (I mean HR does have a company email to sign up with), this just aggregates that data for them. It’s not like they go like: Joe posted X, Rahul posted Y, etc. More of: here is what 500 people are generally talking about
It's kinda the same deal as cryptocurrency - they'll get all the criminals and dissidents using it, and then they'll go to gubmints and be all "here's the back door for $100 million (no crypto please)".
This definitely sets a bad precedent for the platform. I don’t employers to be hounding this platform looking for any form of wrongspeak against blatantly wrong practices. I don’t think they’ll give up information easily, but it’s definitely concerning to see. TC: 105K
