I feel like a lot more non-SWE/PM people joined blind within the past 3 months. Can tell by the kind of posts being made. Used to be all about TC and FAANG.

Aing84 OP Jan 21, 2022Love to have diversity! Every post I see is SWE/PMs. At large companies they can shift the TC paradigm to be 500k+... Seems unrealistic in most instances. Trying to have a grounded post with real numbers. :)
