I don't think Bloomberg is doing any favors here. For some reason, this is being bragged about as a win by the authors. https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2023-black-lives-matter-equal-opportunity-corporate-diversity/
This is just begging for a lawsuit. There's just no way you end up with those numbers without discrimination.
white people will just sit there and take it. they don't fight back.
We try to fight back but are villainized, labeled as racist, and black listed. Just go back and look at the college girl who sued because she was denied because she was white (not the most recent case). The media reports on her were disgusting.
80% of those minorities are probably Indian
Probably just Asian in general which isn’t all that surprising. I’d say at c1 there’s a pretty equal split of Indian/Asian to white people.
Big tech companies usually don’t consider Indians/Asians to be minorities. Nor mixed race nor native Americans. Just black, Hispanic, and female. I’m probably going to get a lot of hate for this but these are just the facts and every recruiter knows it. Be careful with how you answer those self-ID forms when you apply. Bloomberg forgot that according to the left, all Asians and Indians were born rich and privileged, and are “white-adjacent.” So really the number should be 95 percent white.
Ok it explains everything thanks lol
Did they have the applicant percentage breakdowns? If it’s 80% white and this is the result then it’s problematic. It’s it’s representative of the applicants then that’s expected. Also that visualization as you scroll is pretty cool. Is that D3?
They're a racist org, what do you expect?
Read Simpsons Paradox. Explains everything
A little context from further down the article for those who feel discriminated against just reading the post title
80% Indian
Indians aren’t considered minorities by most companies
Was the pay level same for whites vs minorities ?
I’m here for the comments
