Bloomberg SWE salary?

What would you say is the average salary for Bloomberg swe who came in with 2 years experience of SRE experience? I checked levels.fyi and it said 158k base for entry level swe, but that seems kind of high? Can anyone confirm if that's accurate? Was reached out to by a recruiter but wanted to get an idea of what I should shoot for. Current TC: base 125k

Bloomberg is a full cash firm. Sounds right and Bloomberg will pay more than MS cause Bloomberg prioritizes tech more.

Do you have a masters or PHD? Because non-senior engineers are not offered nearly that much in most BB divisions I think. Unless you're in ML or something.

No I'm self taught just had competing offers no Ms or PhD lol

BB gives you year end bonuses every year so those should count as well. For 2 YOE base + bonus, the range should be around 180-220K.

TC 200-230 seems accurate for 2 yoe
