Bloomberg after on-site
How long does Bloomberg take to provide a reply/feedback, it’s been a week since the on-site . Total ghosting from the recruiter , should I assume a reject or keep my hopes up ? Maybe the recruiter got fired 🫠 #seniorSoftwareEngineer #bloomberg

I got the offer the day I finished onsite interview. Bloomberg usually very fast compare to other big tech. Did you get 3 onsite interviews ? If you only get 2 onsite. Then mostly you're screwed

I got 2 phone interviews and then 3 on-site
Probably they are on the fence. Want to keep you but will try to find someone better. But yeah usually they quickly let you know if you failed.

It is not a normal time. In normal days probably you would have been accepted, but now they have way too many candidates. They can be very picky. I know you might take it personally as in i am not that good, but don't. You progressed too far but the timing wasn't on your side.

Op how long did they took to get back after HM screening? I did first round after recruiter screening with HM on 19th May and still waiting to hear back.
Bloomberg is usually pretty good about this sort of stuff. I say just be patient.
