Hey everyone, I am being invited to an on-site interview for a contract role as a product confirmance data configuration analyst at BO. The details are: duration: 6 months with high chance for conversion Comp: $55 to $60 /hr (1.5x for OT) Benefits (health, dental, 401k): offered through recruitment agency. Agency: NuWest I was just wondering if anyone could share any knowledge or experience with contract roles with BO. It would be nice to know if this is a decent offering, what is the contract conversion rate, if the conversion rate is low is it due to a lack of offers by BO or acceptance by the contractor, are contractors treated equally etc. . . . Thanks in advance.
Hey, I was rejected by blue origin after phone interview. So f*** u, you took my position. Lol
Also rejected after phone interview for one site and in person for another
I'm a contractor at Blue. Meh, it's ok. I'm starting to think being a contractor is better than being full time employee as they exploit you less. The offer is good
Do you see extensions given out often? Or conversions?
Not many conversions. Extensions just up to 18 months
๐ฟ Iโve been contacted about BO contract roles left and right so Iโm curious to know as well.
