Bob Iger will sell Disney to Apple?

Why would Apple want it? So they can lose double the money on two streaming services that lose billions and have zero line of sight to profitability?
Naah, Elon will buy them for his 10 kids.
My bet is that Iger will go all in on Disney Plus and content while spinning out / selling the cruise business and theme parks to fill up the war chest with cash.
There’ve been rumors about this for decades. Some think it would’ve happened if Steve hadn’t died, he was on the Disney board. Personally, doubt it. Apple has shown a pretty anemic appetite for producing media content (eg for Apple TV). Disney also comes with a ton of businesses that are way out of Apple’s wheelhouse.

I don’t see parks and resorts fitting into apple portfolio. Also it feels too rich of a deal to buy the company just to get rights for the movies.
