To Boeing employees. What levels of Director do you have and whatโs the salary range and incentive pay like?
I don't believe they list executive positions in the job catalog/salary reference tables. They stop at senior manager (M level) which depending on the org is an average of low to mid 200s and I believe a 20% bonus target (cash) . Director level bonus is usually 20-30% in RSU. Director is lowest E series level.
Do you think a hcol place like Washington or California would have Director salaries in the mid to high 200s? How many levels of Director are there. Wow didnโt know the director aip is rsu. Thought it would be cash like RTX and NG.
I'm not sure where they split Director and VP. Director is usually E5 I know, but not sure if it also spans to E4 or not. The executive comp isn't openly documented like non-executive so their bonus being RSU vs cash is just from some references I've seen in the past. I definitely think Director would bring mid to high 200s in HCOL. Some of the important business units approach mid 200s median with senior managers so director should be a bump up.
Just go work in tech, bro/sis! Whatever it is, a line manager at a tier 2 tech company makes double that.
What about work life balance? How is that compared? What about job security?
Better than Boeing lmao.
