I got a 155k offer for an L4 no signing Bonus or RSUs Is that a good offer? Is Boeing safe from layoffs? Is that a hire to fire? Education level: MBA+engineering degree Current TC $116K 10YoE Location: Seattle WA
boeing is not known to pay well…. seems very low imo for seattle, especially for a L4…
Does Boeing start at L3?
depends on your expereince… if your new grad youll start at L1, although i dont think theyll make new grads a PM. In essence it really depends on your YoE in your role
From the job posting "Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, or a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior (Level 4): Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, or a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience."
Counter 165k at least. They can provide a signing bonus if they prefer not to match salary.
