Going to keep this as general as possible for anonymity reasons. Offer for T4 position in LCOL area. Salary: $120,000 Sign on bonus: $15,000 Relocation: None since I am close to the site Clearance level: TS Education level: Masters Work is primarily onsite, not sure if hybrid is an option. My background: 8 years in Aerospace / Defense at NG and Raytheon 1 year at start up Aerospace company Mostly worked TS programs in the past in Systems Test, this is for more of a support function role rather than something like Software development. What is the Boeing payband for T4's? Is $120k midpoint of the payband (aka is there room to neogiate)? Thanks for the help #boeing #salarynegotiation #aviation
If you send me a specific job code I can probably look up the bands specific to the job.
120 for a Level 4 is way too low
Did you try to negotiate at all? We hire LDP graduates at $120K-$130K with 2 YOE. 120K is comfortable in LCOL area but with your experience and hard to find qualifications, I would expect you to be $145K-$160K base in said LCOL area
whats the startup company you worked at?
Boeing pay is just extremely too low smh they robbing people at this point wtf
