What kind of risk? GRA is a big organization. Also some level can land into different bands, B4 can be for director or VP
Band 3 75th percentile is ~$650K TC.

This number is based on which groups? A colleague (Director, Markets, NYC) told me BASE comp for all NYC-based Directors in Markets = 250k
