BofA salary ranges for different bands
When I joined I was informed that any raises I got during my tenure would depend on where I was salary-wise in my band's salary range. Any idea what these salary ranges are, particularly for bands 3/4/5? Suppose we could use this as a BofA Band/Dept/TC thread as well. What kind of risk? GRA is a big organization. Also some level can land into different bands, B4 can be for director or VP
Band 3 75th percentile is ~$650K TC.

GRA Band 5, VP, Quant, model development team 145k base+ about 50k bonus. 3YOE.

B4 max is around $320K TC
This number is based on which groups? A colleague (Director, Markets, NYC) told me BASE comp for all NYC-based Directors in Markets = 250k
