Currently sitting at about 105 job apps sent and been searching at 2 months - have had only 4 total responses Is this a market thing or a resume thing? When should I start being concerned that it is my resume? I don't want to be wasting time applying if my resume is bad. 4 YOE of SWE at General Motors TC: 0 Previous: 106k #jobs #resume #resumereview #unemployed
Hey there, sorry to hear you've been having trouble. It's likely both a market thing and a resume thing. I'm the founder of Canyon (https://www.usecanyon.com/) and we've been working on solving this exact problem (maximizing the chances of landing your dream job). One of Canyon's feature that I think would be most helpful for you is our Resume Scorer. Our resume scorer measures your resume on over 20 criteria (with different criterias based on which industry you're in) and give you actionable feedback to improve your resume. I've spoke to dozens of professional recruiters/resume reviewers to build the scorer to make it this information as widely available as possible. Take a look and let me know if I can be of any more help!
Go on fiver and get your resume ATS optimized, when you find a job run it through a site like jobscan to see how closely it matches, make the changes, and also work your network, it’s hard out here so keep going!

+1 I have been applying for Program Management roles for 4 months. Got 1 interview, a few rejection emails. No other communication - not even recruiter calls.
