Bonus Payout in Fidelity Investments
I am going to join the technology group of Fidelity and wanted to check how is their Bonus payout structure. Do they really pay the full percentage of the bonus as mentioned in your offer letter
How much bonus did they offer?
Upto 25% I want to know how much do they actually pay to employees. The upper range that is promised kn the offer letter?

Generally you're going to get the full percentage of your bonus if not higher if you have good performance. I've never gotten less than my promised percentage and have gotten more than that numerous times
Thank you so much for your inputs! Since the offer letter ranged it between 0-25% that made me a bit skeptic
It’s based on a combination of company and your performance. You can consider 90% for company payout and 90% for your performance as a conservative estimate - ie 81% of eligible $$$. Last few yrs company pay out has been 95-100% and if you exceeds expectation in your performance rating your component could be ~120%.
important point to note here is that it is pro rated and if you join anytime after January it will be deducted. In my case 15% was deducted for joining 40 days after Jan
Is bonus percentage for l7 getting increased? From 30 to 35 percentage?
