Bonus may be in place by this time next year. It's openly being discussed across the company. RSU refreshers are massive, especially for top performers. 91% of the company got a refresh last year.
Also there’s the 50 RSUs that everyone gets every year if the company meets it’s extremely obtainable goals. With our stock price at what it is, it’s a pretty descent bonus in addition to the individual RSU refreshers every year.
Every year, they give 50 stock units assuming the company meets its goals, which should always does. As far as direct compensation in stock, my annual refresh is on the order of 30% of my base salary.
When is the bonus paid? Which month?
Heard from friends...they don't give annual bonus. Sometimes RSUs.
