No RSU. Unlike other Banks, Bonus % is mentioned as part your offer letter and varies based on the band level.

For AVP, bonus is 10% of the base. For VP it is 15% of the base. No stock for AVP level unless called out in offer . Everyone gets the same raise 3%

Do you know if there are any “commissions” on non sales roles? Just asking because Glassdoor includes them and also the Glassdoor ranges are way higher than the hiring range provided to me
No. There are no commission that I am aware of. The salary range can vary depending on the level. Org structure is something like - AVP - level 10, 11 (bonus 10%) VP - level 12 to 14 (bonus 15%) SVP - 15 and above
I’m also curious about that! The recruiter said the top 1-2 candidates from the panel interview go to a final round with HR. I’m wondering if it’s basically to talk offer details? I just had my panel so haven’t heard back yet on if I’m moving forward. Is that similar to your experience?
Yeah my guess is it’s gotta be offer related - my thought is they either bring top two to that round and choose the cheaper one or it’s a bluff and they really only bring one. My interview “loop” as explained to me by the recruiter was only two steps - panel, then HR. So yours has one additional step of skip.
I was offered 147k for an AVP role. I feel like I am being lowballed.
Most banks do not offer stock at the junior level. If bonus is in line with other banks, assuming 5% - 15% of base
