Box vs Amazon
Just found out I have an interview coming up with Box for a software development role. I’m wondering if anyone at Box has worked at Amazon before. Any thoughts on the differences between the two companies? Assuming I even get the offer, is it worth leaving Amazon for Box? I’ve been at amazon for 2 years and I’m ready to GTFO. Yes you should. I can pretty much tell you for certain you will be at the bottom of band after promo.

If the TC and role is higher I would jump, otherwise how close to promo are you? Depends on that to jump or not
I just got a new manager last month. We’re targeting promo by December
Not sure about Tc, but the role I’m interviewing for is Box’s equivalent of “SDE 2”
