Doctor gave me a recommendation to try out vertical mice. Is the one from Logitech worth it?
Had a different brand, it helps. Gym and some weightlifting to strengthen the joints helps as well on long term.
Strengthening and taking more frequent short breaks worked for me as well. The habits are much more important than the equipment, although they do help.
Anker vertical mouse feels better to hold imo and is a lot cheaper. But if you don’t like that, you can try Logitech, which I stopped using because it made the pain worse compared to the anker one, which saved my hand
Wow interesting. Will take a look
hated it, makes u pinch ur hand and got uncomfortable right quick. get a wrist rest for ur mouse instead
Already have it, didn’t help
I used Evoluent vertical mouse (wired) for years. It was very good.
Get a mousepad as well with spongy memory foam wrist support. This along with the vertical mouse helped me
Already have a mousepad and a wrist rest. Didn’t help. Now getting that vertical mouse
I tried the evoluent vertical mouse 4. Didn't really like it because the side of my hand had to support the weight of my arm. I use the Logitech Mx Master now, it's a great contoured mouse.
Update: I ordered it to try it out. Long term user of MX master series, but my hand does hurt with it
