Break up of Amazon comp TC for sde
Can someone explain the Amazon total compensation for year 1-4. When I hear a number of total comp of say 150 what does that mean. How much is stock and signing bonus in year 1-4. I know Amazon gives signing bonus over 2 years and stock vest 5 15 and remaining in last 2 yrs

For year 1-4 you're looking at 100-125 base, 10-20 sign-on and the rest stock. It's hard to tell with the little detail you provided.

The actual breakdown is going to depend on what package is being offered (bachelor/master/industry/etc). Why don’t you just ask whoever posted the 150k for their specific breakdown?
