I'm fortunate enough to have offers from both companies YOE: 3.5 Brex (SWE 2) TC: 360k pick your own split Niantic (T5) Base: 190k Sign on: 40k Yearly bonus: 35k Rsu (yearly): 170k TC: 430k I'm not too excited about Niantic because based on reviews it doesn't seem to be the best place to be especially compared to Brex. Ideally I would be able to negotiate more from Brex but not sure that's possible.
All I can say is congrats!
What team at Niantic? Culture varies heavily by team, but I generally see games teams burning out the most.
How about the AR team?
Brex for 5x in 2 years.

3.5 YOE gets $190k base now? I’m underpaid

What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?
T5 is a senior level? also post your yoe. The best scenario is ask Brex to re-interview you for the senior role.
Updated with yoe. I only have 3.5 so I'm not if it's a good idea for me to be a senior engineer right now
yes senior as 3.5 yoe is premature. take brex if you liked the team. Honestly you can make money until you die, but you may never find the right team and workplace
