LOL Run away. Don't even come here. It's a shitshow. Broadcom policy is 5 days RTO strict mandate, extreme focus on work aka people gonna be under constant work pressure. Too much uncertainty going around the company right now. Not a good time to join.

Weird to see MS -> VM move. Not the best time to join VM and it could seriously risk your job there. Do you have serious issues in your current role? Just trying to understand the motivation behind this move.

Run away ... make your career elsewhere. Don't check out VMware at least for an year from now until BC fine tunes and trims the company to his final plans.

If you want to make good money over next 4-5 years, you should definitely join. However you have to be in office 70% of the days How much RSU $$ are there in offer?
