Hi Blinders! I have an upcoming interview with Genentech. I was moved to the next step (video interview with a team member) after recruiting screen. If anyone can share their experience interviewing at Genentech, that would be great! Also, recent employees- how do you like working at Genentech? Culture, growth opportunities, wlb etc.? Thank you very much in advance! TC: 73K YOE: 4.5 #healthcare
Hi! I am working as an intern for few months so can't say much about the culture and the other part. For me, I had 2 rounds of interviews with team members and they asked about some most of the things from the resume. All the best :) Also what compensation are they offering?
I have worked at Roche which owns Genentech. The interview process was straightforward - 3 rounds and done. Just a note that Genentech now is a little messy with the whole ecosystems concept and Agile transformation.
Thank you for your response!
What is the TC? Stocks and benefits? Please share.
I wasn’t moved forward in the process so didn’t get to the detailed salary package discussion.
Anyone?
