Hi Blind members, I currently work as a Business Developer at FAANG and am thinking about pursuing an online Masters in CS (OMSCS) while continuing to work (if possible). I have a bachelors (Industrial) and Masters (Sustainability - not too passionate about this anymore) in STEM field. I took two Intro CS classes (Java) during my bachelors and did great in both, took 5-6 math classes and did well, enjoy using logic to solve problem and believe I might be good at CS. I am in my early 30’s and aspire to be a tech leader in the future. I want to widen my knowledge base so I can compliment my business development and operations background with tech and eventually use that to be a tech leader. I am not sure what position or title I want or if this approach is even feasible yet but hopefully I will be able to connect the dots as I go along. I would love your thoughts/comments on the following: 1. My approach or alternative paths that I should consider. Is it doable or I am being delusional? 2. Possible tech positions, based on your experience that will help me get most out of my skill set and experience 3. Anything else that I need to be cognizant of? #tech #techcareer #CS careerquestions #pm #sde #sdmamazon
