Voted yes because it’s a better option than Fang. Both are terrible options.
Oh gimme a better option please. :)
In order of higher risk to lower risk: VT, VTI, SPYD, VCSH Choose a balance between these based on your timeframe. Note the deliberate exclusion of SPY itself. I believe we are in a bubble and have selected these ETFs in order to balance risk with alpha I also in particular believe that too much money is being put into index funds, especially SPY While in general I accept the principle of index fund investing, it only works as long as there are enough rational actors in the market who are not investing in index funds. A significant amount of index fund investment right now is going into the S&P500. By investing in index funds that include stocks across all market cap sizes, and foreign stocks, and focusing more on stocks with proven value (that pay stable dividends) I believe we can mitigate the risk of a crash caused by inflated prices on the S&P500. The last ETF is just a short term bond fund. I don’t feel as strongly about that fund specifically.
I’m up over 100%. Bought a ton of options before earnings. Thesis on roku: 1. they’re the non Netflix streaming option. Streaming is the new tv. 2. Market cap is , even after this pop, only 6B. Any major player would drop 10B on them without batting an eye. My bet is they get acquired.
Prime, HBO, Showtime, Hulu
It will drop, don't bother. Buy it back at 30 ish.
Roku has a lot to lose...
I made 300% return on Roku and I am still holding
