Buying house at mountain house, ca
I am looking to buy house at mountain house ca. Can someone share their experience who bought recently.

Why??
Too far away unless you work in East Bay. Also in a downturn, Tracy, Mountain House are going to be much worse hit than closer. Happened last time in 2009 - houses lost 50% while South Bay lost maybe 15-20%
I thought you meant mountain view but I guess there really is a place called ๐ป ๐ ?
You might as well buy a place in Monterey or Salinas then.
Ideal life would be a home in Scotts Valley or Santa Cruz and maximum commute to Los Gatos (NFLX). Chill life!
Well maybe not so chill if you work at Netflix. There is Roku next door though.
