Any suggestions from personal experience to buy investment properties in good low cost area (I.e high rent/price ratio), so the rent pays for mortgage? Also is this a good time, or would it be better to wait for interest rates to go down? FEDs are expected to decrease interest rates when the economy slows down.
That ship sailed, now in a bubble. Maybe if owner occupied but even that is risky.
