How is Tower Research Capital?
I recently interviewed for TRC and wanted to know if I should join or not. Their pay is one of the highest for freshers but I have read some stories about it having horrible WLB, a 6-day work week, 3 months notice period, etc. Thoughts? TRC is not top paying anymore in India. Even tech companies and banks are paying more nowadays.
AFAIK, work culture is not good at TRC. You should talk with their employees on LinkedIn.
The compensation is better only at the fresher level, all the tech companies surpass it after 2-3 yrs of experience. Work is very uninteresting, involves legacy tools and stacks. The 3 months notice period was introduced in 2021 after the great resignation.
