Offer from Optum Insight
Hi folks. I got an offer from Optum Insight today. I'm currently working in Zoho in a small product team. Please share ur insights on whether this switch is advisable YOE : 3y2m Current CTC : 8.5LPA fixed + 1.9LPA variable CTC (offer) : 13.5LPA + 2.5 LPA (variable) Please share some insights on avg annual hike, how much variable pay will be generally given, how will be the management, work culture ? Thanks in advance
Growth is less in most of the team @ Optum. You can get upto max 80% of variable pay. I have never seen or heard of anyone getting more than that. Hike are low if you are in a very good team it can be 12% annually however such teams are very less. On an average 5-7% annually depending on team.
Got 120% so many years. It is all team dependent.

How is optumrx product analyst roles different from Optum insights product analyst roles...is the former more into product owner role Dealing with tech counterparts while latter more into strategy and business counterparts
