Recruiter reached out for a Head of Safety position. Requires 15+ yoe. What is the salary for this position? It doesn’t include a range even though it is for Costa Mesa. I am in final stages with RTX right now and need to determine if would be good to try for this.
I interviewed there before for back end swe. The interviewer just looked me in the eyes for 5 minutes in silence before starting the interview. It was a bizzare experience and when I asked what that was about he said it was a test to see if I would fold. Not sure what’s going on over there
Wish I would have taken the offer they made me last March. Kicking myself for not taking it. Have the honest convo with the recruiter. They’d be awesome to work for. Don’t make my mistake.
Very cool company. Working on super cool stuff and I think they are going to 🚀 (see what I did there?) Good luck!
I assume this is director level or higher. Looks like it is reporting to COO. So I assume it is a good position. Haha
One of the few startups I’d actually join. Upside is FIRE in 5 years.
Company is a meme, shiny on the outside but absolute turd on the inside. Join RTX, they’ll still be around in 5 years
Costa Mesa is great, doesn't smell like piss and turds around every corner, no meth heads trying to steal your shit or stab you, next to the beach and near the mountains, and plenty of good food. Big downside for the younger generation is the lack of nightlife, but you can drive over to LA if you want that.
All teams are super impactful Mission SWE you will get more customer face time and ship directly to people in the field. Regular SWE is also awesome, just working on different problems. Can't make a wrong choice really - management at Anduril is top notch and really cares about employee growth
Absolutely talk to the recruiter. Joining Anduril now is probably the best career move you could make
No clue but the company seems cool. I’d pursue just to find out.
