Up to 5% layoffs in Q1 and Q2
Baxter is going to crap. Trying to spin off their largest division, Renal, and sell off another part of the company. All while giving crap raises and no bonuses.
Agree! How much was your raised on 2023? Here 1.6% eventhough I am a high performer
I managed to squeeze out 2.1% after basically writing an essay about how I have gone above and beyond the last year and putting it in Workday. When my boss told me the base raise was going to be 1.68% I told him that I was going to email Almeida and tell him if Baxter needed the money that badly they could keep it as it was insulting. Also they only funded my bonus at 30%. I told my boss they are going to have a hard time retaining talent. My co-worker said he guessed he was going to do 2% more work since that is what the raise was. I told him that inflation was ~8% minus the 2% means we do 6% less work.
