Are there still headcounts at Rally for SDEs below senior lv? I was told by the recruiter they are only looking for senior+ atm after acing all my interviews. Feeling a bit disappointed. :/ #offer #tech
It depends on your background. As far as i know there’s a ton of work and they’re relying on senior engineers to get upto speed fast rather than junior engineers who’ll need more mentorsip. DM me your linkedin so i can see where you might fit
